Letter from the president
Dear PNMs,
My name is Maura Pilafas and I am the Chapter President of Alpha Phi at the University of Missouri. My sisters and I are incredibly excited to welcome you all into our new home this fall to share our unique sisterhood and values with you. We are so thankful to have the opportunity to get to know all of you and introduce you to the Alpha Phi experience at Mizzou.
Going through the recruitment process may seem overwhelming, but it pays off in the end when you find your forever home, I promise. Just over a year ago, I was in the same position as you, participating in Recruitment. Every time I had a conversation with an Alpha Phi, I knew that I found the place where I could authentically be myself. This sisterhood has brought me friendships for a lifetime and endless opportunities for growth. I would not be where I am today without the experiences I have had in Alpha Phi. I will forever be thankful for accepting a bid from Alpha Phi and being led to this moment.
